Enrolling means you’re ready to be booked onto the cruise.
This means:
You are financially responsible for the booking once it’s confirmed.
Atlantis bookings are non-refundable. You are responsible for your share of the cost of the room as long as your name is on the booking. Neither JustJoeyTravels nor Atlantis Events will provide a refund. If you don’t go, don’t expect any money back. 👉 is strongly recommended.
Changes to the booking must be made by JustJoeyTravels.
Contact JustJoeyTravels if anything about the booking needs to be changed, instead of directly with Atlantis on their website or via their phone/email. As the travel advisor making the booking, it is expected that I handle booking changes.
An exception is purchasing add-ons, such as buying additional drink tickets, booking shore excursions, or getting a Wi-Fi package.
You cannot be a client of another Atlantis travel agency or travel advisor.
This only applies if you’ve traveled with Atlantis before.
Look up your last Atlantis “cruise confirmation” email. If a travel advisor’s name and agency appears near the top, above the reservation number (see screenshot below), then you are their client and therefore not eligible for CabinMatch.
A Ocean View Balcony or Central Park Balcony room will be chosen for you.
By default, most people will be booked into an Ocean View Balcony room. Whether your preference between the two can be honored depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
A quiet-at-night room location will be chosen for you.
I’ll pick a room location for you that is quiet at night, away from the parties and bars. You will not be able to specify any room location preferences or change the assigned room location.
