❓ What if I want to quit the program after enrolling?

If you’re not yet booked onto the cruise, contact me and I’ll remove you from the program. Ideally, you would cancel before you are matched so that your match isn’t left high and dry.
If your booking is confirmed on the cruise, then you have completed the program.

❓ What if I can’t go on the cruise anymore?

Contact me as soon as possible.
As long as your name is on the booking, you are responsible for your share of the cost of the booking. Atlantis bookings are non-refundable and travel insurance is strongly recommended.
I’ll try to find someone to replace you, but there are absolutely no guarantees that someone suitable will be found, so set your expectations and assumptions accordingly.
You may also try to find someone to replace you, but they must be vetted by me. If you find someone, just let me know.
Do not swap yourself with someone else on the booking without my approval - this is extremely disrepectful.
If a suitable replacement is found, then we can have the replacement replace you on the booking:
You and the replacement need to figure out how the replacement will compensate you for the money you’re already paid so far for the booking. JustJoeyTravels will not facilitate the transfer of funds between you two.
Atlantis will charge a name change/transfer fee of at least $250 which you will be responsible for.

❓ What if I don’t get along with my roommate on board?

Work It Out: Communicate with your roommate in the nicest, most mature, and most objective way possible about any conflicts.
Really Listen: Don’t just talk. Really listen and try to understand what your roommate is telling you.
Common Goal: Remind each other that you both ultimately want to have the best vacation possible and let that be your north star as you work it out.
Non-Goals: Getting your way, winning the argument, being right, asserting dominance, yelling, being rude or disrespectful - if you’re doing any of these things you better check yourself.
Compromise: A little give-and-take goes a long way.
Focus on Solutions: If you’re both fighting for bathroom time when getting ready for the party, focus on better ways to share the bathroom, not on how the other person is hogging it.
