Matching is done behind the scenes by Joey and doesn’t require any action on your part. Matches are made based on the information provided during enrollment. Matching is a continuous process over several weeks, so you may not be matched right away after enrolling.

📥 2) You’re notified when matched

When Joey matches two people up, they will both get a match notification email. The email will have:

Your match’s social media and contact info (whatever they have chosen to share during the enrollment process)

The meet & greet deadline - see below.

⏳ 3) Meet & greet your match within 3 days

⁠

Once you’ve been matched, you have a 3-day period to meet & greet your match before you are automatically booked onto the cruise with them. The exact deadline will be listed in the match notification email.
